Brand refresh for Star Roast Coffee.

Our clients at Start Roast Coffee were keen to refresh their brand and gave us a clear brief regarding the creation of an illustration of their coffee roaster as a primary visual asset for their packaging.

In order to create a strong unique identity we decided to add a custom typography into the mix informed by early twentieth century Constructivism.

Being a craft micro roaster, packaging design needed to be cost effective for low volume production, so we worked with existing craft packaging and implemented adhesive labels and rubber stamps for a 'hand-made’ look & feel.
